About Us

URIPP has invented a novel hydrogen technology that addresses the worldwide need for clean, sustainable energy. Through the creation and production of patented software and machinery, URIPP has designed the world’s first efficient hydrogen gas generator. This technology is a higher output transistor that achieves capacitance control through the electrolysis of brine in its revolutionary design. Electrolysis, or water-breaking, is the decomposition of water (H2O) into its gaseous elements, hydrogen (H2) and oxygen (O2), through the application of a direct current. Discovered in the 1800s, electrolysis is a mature technology that accounts for 4% of today’s global hydrogen production, with around 8 GW of capacity installed worldwide (Decourt et al., 2014). Electrolyzers and fuel cells drive this production and are classified as follows: 1. alkaline, 2. proton exchange membrane (PEM), 3. solid oxide (SO), 4. molten carbonate (MC), and 5. phosphoric acid (PA).

Though these technologies have been important in the evolution of today’s hydrogen economy, they have had a limited impact on the global energy system due to cost and efficiency hurdles. Many of these obstacles result from the plate style design shared by these technologies, which often requires costly noble metal components or high temperatures to produce energy. Despite these solution-specific drawbacks, the potential for electrolysis to generate vast amounts of clean energy is as potent as water is plentiful. As the International Energy Agency (IEA) notes in its annual hydrogen and fuel cell review, “hydrogen is a flexible energy carrier with potential applications across all end-use sectors. It is one of only a few potential near-zero emission energy carriers” and thus represents the burgeoning possibility of a true energy miracle (ETP, 2015). URIPP recognized this potential and turned this opportunity into a reality. URIPP hydrogen gas generator units, assemblies, and kits are designed to be manufactured for different environments and platforms. These environments range from residential households to large manufacturing lines or commercial buildings. The units are scalable and linkable so they can be incorporated onto small platforms such as marine and land transportation vehicles.

To expand the knowledge and applicability of alternative fuel sources worldwide. This will be accomplished by providing new technologies that work in conjunction with systems currently in operation. These systems can range from power generating stations to automobile platforms.

URIPP's primary focus is to advance and establish a sustainable energy source for the world’s current and growing energy demand. The majority of today's energy production utilizes limited resources, which create harmful emissions and hazardous by-products.

URIPP is introducing an efficient and environmentally clean alternative energy source. The product line produces hydrogen on demand to enable currently implemented power sources such as internal combustion engines (ICE) to work optimally.
